Love your podcast

I just wanted to tell you that I've been a subscriber to your podcast for more than a year (or however long you've been doing this), and I wanted to tell you that I love them! I share your same love for textures, and I like how you're not afraid to make a mistake (because lord knows I do!). I was wondering: I've noticed that you don't do much in respect to knitted/crocheted crafts. You've a podcast about the crocheted knitted bag, but I don't think there are any more of these types of crafts. Are you partial to paper/ink/paint projects? Anyway, keep up the great work, and many thanks for putting these podcasts together. Love them!

Hi Michelle - What a great idea!! I had to check out the plastic bags I have here that I haven't taken back to the store for recycling. I took a look at them to see their potential in this project. I was thinking that a great use would also be an eyeglass case using a soft fabric for the interior to protect my glasses. I'm going to give it a whirl this week and I'll send you a pic of the final result. I also think my granddaughters would enjoy a purse using pink recycled bags. Just my imagination, but I think I may try braiding the lining fabric with some of the bags for the handle for that project. I'm a huge recycler and love ideas on using products here to make something new instead of my usual recycling bin. Thanks for the great idea. Linda

Great podcast. I can't wait to give it a try. I especially like the idea of adding alcohol inks for color. Tell us about your tatoos!
